Many managers remain sceptical about the distributed workforce. I think it stems from traditional management belief that if you are not looking over your employees' shoulders, they would skive. Unfortunately, this belief is prevalent with many people managers treating their office like a factory floor. Addressing this and helping businesses better understand how and what people do at work, my guest today started Flowtrack to help companies get data on where and how employees are spending their time.
