Roshan Ravishankar is the co-founder of Vita, the first platform that allows companies to screen applications using referee assessed values, over plain resumes. It started off as a team-based assessment platform helping incubators, accelerators and VC's assess founders and founding teams, then expanded into the recruitment industry seeing a need for a better early-stage assessment. Companies are using Vita to streamline their recruitment process, and conducting lesser interviews than ever before, by screening the right way.
